Project – PC Assistance recently undertook a email migration for this client. The customer had found that their existing G-Suite solution was not robust enough and they wanted to migrate to Microsoft 365. The process was discussed in depth with the customer to ensure that it was an appropriate business decision to make this move. PC Assistance then took over and thoroughly checked the set-up and planned the steps required to ensure that business was able to continue smoothly during the transition. With Microsoft 365 completely set-up each employee was contacted directly over the course of a week and emails migrated. Training was then given to ensure staff were confident accessing emails in the new system and support was given for a period after the project.
